To Families, Educators and City Leaders:

After more than seven years of serving the NYC Public Schools community, we’ve made the difficult decision to shut down our platform. The service will officially go offline on October 15, 2025.

This decision wasn’t made lightly. Despite our deep belief in the mission and the impact we've had, the path forward—financially and operationally—no longer allows us to sustain the work at the quality our clients and families deserve.

It has been a true honor to support the families, educators, and city leaders who used BlueCard to coordinate care and strengthen protective factors at scale. We’re proud of what we built together—and deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us.
